Campaign Manager Integration

Buzzeasy’s Campaign Manager API enables developers to seamlessly manage and automate outbound calling campaigns. You can easily integrate external applications or CRMs to add, track, or cancel call records dynamically.

Campaigns in Buzzeasy operate in four modes:

  • Preview: Agents manually accept or reject each call attempt.
  • Predictive: The system automatically dials calls based on agent availability and performance, passing only live calls to agents.
  • Callback: The campaign manages and processes customer callback requests.
  • Flow: Executes a predefined voice workflow, allowing automated interactions like voice bots, IVRs, and agents, useful for cases such as automated debt collection.

Each campaign has customizable queue settings and a dedicated channel identifier for precise control.

When to Use the Campaign Manager API

Use the Campaign Manager API when you want to:

  • Automatically upload campaign records from external sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, database).
  • Monitor active campaign records, such as scheduled or queued calls.
  • Identify duplicates, ensuring customers aren’t dialed multiple times unnecessarily.
  • Cancel scheduled calls dynamically, enabling responsive campaign management.
